Hey Stilettos & a Fishing Pole readers!

Thanks to Jessica being ridiculously sweet, I'm finally guest-posting after my first one got deleted and I threw up my hands & gave up. 

Anyway, I'm Ali from Young & Restless & I'm here to tell you guys about some pretty awesome bloggers who offer daily inspiration.

Obviously, Jessica is inspiring. I mean seriously, that wedding?!?! Out of this world. Plus she's pretty fun & always juggling like 15 balls at once. That alone inspires me. But you already know that, it's why you're here. So onto the next ....

Kelle Hampton

If you haven't read Kelle's blog, Enjoying the Small Things, yet .... well, you must be living under a rock. Just kidding. I found her through something just like this & wow, I've been in love with her writing & blog ever since. Two years ago, Kellie's second baby, Nella, was born with Down Syndrome. Kellie touches on Down Syndrome in her writing sometimes, but it's rare. Mostly, she writes about how she works to make everyday magical for Lainey (4) and Nella (2). Kelle loves life more than anyone I've ever "known". She's amazing.

Raven 

Oh .... Raven. She's inspiring in a different kind of way, I think. She's not all happy-go-lucky and sunshiney like Kelle is but you guys? she's freakin hilarious. Sometimes I can get a little too serious about life & Raven is definitely the ying to my yang. She's a momma to two adorable little boys & wife to a much older man (yeah ... she's that girl). She usually writes about drinking too much wine, trying to be skinny & putting foil on her kid's windows so they'll sleep longer. No, I'm not kidding. If you want to be a little funnier or just want a laugh, Raven's your girl.

Last but not least ... Emily



It seems to be that I'm most inspired by women who are amazing moms & Emily fits that category for sure. She's the momma of sweet little Poppy & her world very obviously revolves around her. Emily's tweets are always about how she's knitting in the car because Poppy has fallen asleep and she doesn't want to wake her or how she and Poppy are doing a special craft. This world needs more mommas like Emily & I'm continually inspired to be a better, sweeter, more patient person because of Emily.
I totally understand that blogging seems silly to some, but being able to connect with people like Jessica & these 3 ladies is why I do it.
I think we could all use a daily dose of inspiration, don't you?

Dear Ali,
First thank you for your sweet compliment. Seriously, I didn't have a clue what you were gonna post about - boy am I glad you shared some a your favorites...
I now have THREE ladies to start stalking.
We all love & need inspiration and you my friend, not only welcomed my world & followers to new amazing woman but inspired us to reach out and notice those wonderful people. This world does need a lot more Mommas like Emily & love & care like Kelly... we all definitely need love & people so filled with life like Raven - as I always say 'Humor is the heart of LIFE'. That being said, we all need people like you - happy-go-lucky & willing to spread the love and inspiration. You are a true reason on why I love blogging as much as I do.
