Product of the Week: Coochy

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I shared this on twitter & instagram {#jessicaldrew} on Sunday.
I'm pretty sure most people gave me a crazy look thinking...
Really?

Yeah but really...
The BEST shave cream EVER!

It's amazing.
Not only is it a cream but it also conditions your skin leaving
NO rash. NO itch. NO razor burn.

This product is for woman & men.
The key is to apply it on your skin for 3-4 minutes to let it soak into your
pores - once you've done that have at it. You will LOVE it.
In the winter when your man gets that crazy rash down this neck/chin area & his face due to shaving... Buy him this. I tell ya it works.

It's a little pricey compared to other shaving creams - $18 for an 8oz {this size}
and $12 for a 4oz bottle. You get more for your money with the 8oz bottle.
However, a little goes a long way. It last for a while. I've been working on this bottle
{grapefruit} for about 2 months now. So, it's not gonna drain your pocket.

You can find it at your nearest Pure Romance Consultant or go HERE.

The Bachelor: Women Tell All Re-Cap

Courtney Robertson Cries on The Bachelor Season 16: The Women Tell All

Was this real?

Hmmm.. I think so. I really do.  However, I believe it wasn't remorseful to the ladies as much as to getting questions from Ben. But where I really feel Courtney's pain, apologies & regrets comes from is the fact that the ones she loves most {family & friends} are being harassed by paparazzi.

Courtney: “I’m really sorry I hurt your feelings, all of you. You may say it’s not genuine, but I’m going through real emotions and I don’t like being torn apart — my family and my friends in the tabloids. It’s awful. I didn’t think it through. If I could’ve gone back and thought ahead — oh, this plus whatever equals this — I would’ve handled myself differently. I was really defensive. I should’ve accepted your apology. I shouldn’t have said mean things. And I’m sorry. And that’s why I’m here. To say I’m sorry. And I’m sorry for hurting Ben. I cared for him and still do.”

When she said this entire paragraph a light bulb went off in my head.
I do think she was very sad. Nobody, however strong willed they are, going up against a group {a large group at that} of woman who are beating them up, will stand tall. She crumbled. As I said, her apologies came from her heart - for the matter of her loved ones being torn apart. And the last sentence she stated. My ears heard it more like two sentences - more like "I cared for Ben. I still do." That's what I heard.
Hmmm.. does that mean things are shaky? Another thing, I saw an interview here where
Ben said he had no idea Courtney was even there that night. Of course he could be lying right out of his teeth.. probably so - but why wouldn't they speak prior to this? Right?

Anyway. I thought it was good. But really, I was kind of expecting a little more.
However, I do feel everyone got their share.

Now...
Let's move on to the rest of the ladies...

for starters I thought ALL of the woman looked amazing.
Kacie B. was my favorite - purple is definitely her color & also seemed to be the hit color. So classy, was she? But really, I thought they ALL were beautiful - and YES I am speaking of Courtney as well.

and for another starter...
I would NOT want to sit in the hott seat in front of those "to kill" faces.
Sorry Courtney. Pay back is a bitch!

Okay, let's talk about Ben -
Hmmm--- I thought they went light on him. What happened to discussing
Skinny Dipping? To me, that would be my BIGGEST topic or question.

Let's pretend I'm a contestant.

Ben, my question to you is how & why would you ever feel it was okay to let yourself go as far as skinny dipping when you are looking for LOVE. Looking for your wife. In case you did not know but I too came on this show looking for love & your naked scene is on the same level as me having the HOTTS for one of the producers. OR like Casey... mixed emotions for someone else. You sent Casey home for that. How could you think getting naked with someone... {for fun} when you are trying to find your wife is okay? So THANK YOU for eliminating me because you make me vomit you skank perv.

Ha! Okay, maybe not as horrific as the last few words but it definitely would've
been a lot more finger pointing than those ladies gave him last night. Right?

I thought Emily hit it right on when she stated...

Emily O'Brien [on Ben skinny dipping]: “You’re clouding your own mind ‘cause you’re just thinking about sex. You’re not thinking about a relationship anymore.”

Also when it showed "behind the scenes" footage of what didn't aire...
Ben actually looked less boring. Right? He did everything but say

"Oh my Dad..."
"And I thank you for that..."
"All of these women are incredible..."

Nikki definitely is still very much in love with Ben.
This is sad. I could see her heart tearing apart - poor Nikki.

Moving along

This broke my heart. It really did. Actually, my husband laughed hysterically when he
saw crocodile tears pouring down my face when Shawntel was in the hott seat.
But good for her for coming back {AGAIN} to stand up for herself.
THAT my friends is a woman.

Shawntel Newton: “You can call me a bitch as many times as you want. It was not the bitch thing. It was that I was ugly, it was that I had big hips and that I was white trash.”
Get em' giiiirl. I was pretty sad for her.

Happy to see Emily stick up for her & cut the excuses for being mean when
she told her the girls were mean to her because she was gorgeous.

Overall. I didn't realize there was THAT much craziness in the house.
I did know Blakely started off rough & in the NO-LIKE corner... literally.
But I didn't realize it got that bad.

Also, Chihuahua girl, Samantha - did she not drive you NUTTSO.
Why did she have so much to say? She cried the entire time she was on the show.

Some of my favorite moments/quotes of the night was -

Brittney Schreiner [to Samantha]: “You are like the Chihuahua in the house, you just don’t stop talking. Shut up!”

------------------------------
Blakley: "Courtney, I just wish you'd retract the things you said about me"
"You said I was a stripper on national television and it hurt my feelings."

-  "And she got naked in front of America."

------------------------------

Monica: “Will you accept this tampon?”
Jenna: “I will accept!”

Aaron is completely convinced Monica is a lesbian?  What do you think?

------------------------------

And last but not least

Jamie Otis [to Ben]: “I don’t know what they think of you, but I think you’re a fabulous guy and who knows, I feel like a lot of times it doesn’t work out. … If you’re not happy with who you chose I still think you’re fabulous and I want to get to know you.”

You go Jamie. You make your move... again!
Get it out there giiiirl!

------------------------------

The End.

I'd LOVE to hear your thoughts!

questions: life in the dating lane

Dating

 Dating 101.

Are you tired of the Mr. Right Nows?  Of course you are.
ALL woman want to find love. But how?

Unfortunately, I am no help with these questions because I'm married to
my high school sweet heart. And when we weren't together in our younger years...
I was the worlds worst at "dating". My best friend, Danielle used to call me unapproachable. I'd freak out and get highly uncomfortable when a guy would even look at me even though he wanted nothing to do with me. Most of the time he was looking my direction but looking past me, I'd still hyperventilate.  Dating is very hard - it is not easy. It can be exhausting & very confusing.

I have a few people in my life very close to me {both women & men} who
are in the dating life & basically I'd love to give them ideas on where to go,
what to do & what do look for in someone. We are not looking for booty calls. We want good healthy relationships, whether they last or don't - there are so many woman who need a little direction, more confidence.

 Wanna help me help them?
Don't be afraid to write to much, or come back when you think of more.
We need ALL the advice we can get.  The more information you give now, the closer someone out there is to finding Mr./Mrs. Right. Give us what you got!

Questions: Life in the dating lane

Q. = the single ladies {ages 25-40}
Q. = the single ladies who are starting over {ages 40-55}

Q.Q. Where can a woman go on a Friday of Saturday night
to seek single men? What are some different things she can do to put herself
out there and explore her options?

Q.Q. What are some red flags she should be aware of?

Q.Q. How or where did you meet your significant other?

 Q. Where are some places or events that a woman can
also meet other single woman?
After your children are gone & the house is quiet... it's just you.
Maybe a partnership with a man is an option but she is also looking for friends,
where can she go to find that?

Q.Q.Q. Body language - what are some signals a woman can give
a man to let him know she's interested?

Q. How can a man approach a woman without coming off
corny or sleazy? How did your significant other get your attention?

Q.Q.Q. How do you know when someone is no longer interested?

Q.Q.Q. Yes or No on "the dating game".
The Dating Game = don't answer every call. don't always be available. wait a few
minutes to call back.... and so on.

Q. How does a man know she is no longer interested?

Q.Q.Q.What is the BIGGEST turn off? Is there anything a person can do
that would make you loose all interest?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I hope to get ALL sorts of feedback. Seriously, I think this can help a lot of people out there. If anything, it will help build their confidence. Again, you can't write too much.
Thank you to everyone who writes their thoughts. It's appreciated greatly.

(136)shamrock with pipe

Happy first day of March!

I always look forward to March for many reasons - here's why:

♥Mommas, my BIL & bestie celebration
another year of LIFE. Yay! :)

♥St. Patty's Day!
Amazing holiday I always enjoy celebrating.
I didn't get to attend St. Patty's Day last year like I usually do due to work.. it sucked.
However this year it falls on a Saturday which means...

Party rockn' in on the house street tonight all day...

Ohh.. and I can't forget
too much of this

(143)green beer

Yes, that is green beer!  Get in my BELLY!!!

The hubby & I are planning to do our ritual which is joining my bestie & her
partying family as we all watch the parade as it marches by us on Bay Street, Savannah Georgia.

Bagpipes are seriously the best thing EVER.
I absolutely LOVE hearing them when they pass us. It's just awesome!

Okay, we miss a LOT of the parade due to actions like this.
But seriously, we had a heck of a time.

Can't wait. 16 days to go.
Take a look on last years St. Patrick''s Day 2011 -
Maybe you can venture down/up/over here next year!
It's ONE.BIG.PARTY!

Please remember - not ALL of these people being interviewed
are NOT from Savannah. You'll see ... a LOT.

♥Holy 6 month of marriage --- a whole half year!
Niiiiice. I love my husband. Marriage is SO good!
