First Wedding Anniversary = DESTIN

Aaron and I could not be more excited to
be celebrating our first wedding anniversary in just three weeks.

Wow! Where has time gone?

After hours & hours, day after day of research of
finding the perfect place to celebrate our first amazing year of being
husband and wife - we have finally found our place...

Destin, Florida

I've always heard it was beautiful & people talk highly of. After reading it was voted the #1 beach in the Southern Living Magazine I figured I check it out - oh yes!

The water really is that crystal!
I'm so excited to experience it but most of all I'm so happy to be able
to spend the whole weekend with Aaron.

 {Are those kids underneath the pool water? Uhh, weird?}

Reservations were booked yesterday.
Ekkk!

Now it's time to research places to eat, entertainment,
daily-do's, beach adventures, & definitely some kind of fishing experience.
I'd love to surprise Aaron with an offshore adventure.

Ticket Bookings = Paper?
 Hmmmm....

Have you ever been to Destin, Florida?
What do you suggest?

If you are interested in Guest Posting about your 1st anniversary,
please contact me ASAP - I will give all details through email.

I get reallllly motion sickness so I never go out with them fishing but if you can handle stuff like that, then I hear it is great! I bet ya'll will have a blast :)

Girl you are so talking my language. We love it there and have been going every year for 11 years now we loved it somuch we bought a timeshare at the Wyndham Majestic Sun. The beach is so white and oretty and the water is almost as clear as the carribean some places it is.
A must do is go to Crab Island. We usually rent a boat and head out there and relax and just have fun.
Our time share over looks Pompano Joes and that is a really good place to eat just come straight off beach and go in and their food os great. Twisted Palm is a resturant and Bar and usualu has a good band. Harry T's is also a good place. Crab Trap, Oyster Bar, Fudpuckers, Whales Tail and so on there are tons and most everything in Destin has wonderful food. There are 2 shopping outlets Silver Sands and The Market shops. The Dolphin curise is fun to go on. At the Harborwalk Marina you should be aboe to check out some fishing stuff for A. Waterpark, putt putt, and miniture golf You will love it
Cant wait to hear all about it since we didnt get to go this year due to brother wedding

I visited Destin this past summer. My family absolutely love it. The pictures don't even do it justice. Its beautiful. We stayed at Jetty East. It's a very family friendly condo. AJ's seafood is an awesome place to eat. Its at the Harbor Walk. Which is a very cool place. Lots of stuff to do at night. Fudpuckers is also great and is in a very fun atmosphere. I also have heard that the Back Porch is good and also McGuire's pub is also really good. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do! :)

McGuires is a world famous Irish pub that is a Must Go to.

For Fishing, check out Jimmy at the New Florida girl. He has 3 boats and one of them is a charter! Great guy and great boats!!!

For casual meals, Golden Corral is a great buffet there!
