The Saturday before our wedding day, was my Lingerie Shower.
My best friend, Rachel, also my bridesmaid threw it for me. She was unable to take part with throwing us the His & Her Shower so she felt the need to give me this beautiful shower {which was the sweetest thing, she does plenty for me as it is}
The shower was so much fun!
Rachel took so much time making delicious desserts and other yummy treats. She also hired a photographer to take pictures {because she knows how picture crazy I am} while everyone relaxed and enjoyed the fun.
When each lady arrived, Rachel posted a index card on our backs
with one of "the most beautiful woman in the world"'s name on it. Everyone could see it BUT you.

this was my bestie, Kristie...
when everything got settled in, each one of us had to stand up
and ask questions about our lady, we had to guess who she was.
Some where easy, some where more difficult. I was inching... I wanted to act out each woman.
It was a great game.
{below} was Amanda, she was trying to figure our "Sandra Bulloch", who happens to be one of my favorite woman of all time. I was acting out every movie... She finally got it.
... we were all having a lot of fun giving clues.
... I just couldn't get "Angelina Jolie" UNTIL they said "has like 8 kids from different countries"
or something like that.
Later, we started opening the goodies.
Here are a few of the yummy things I was gifted with.
{below} I was opening a present to Aaron from my mother.
I was a little anxious.
...
Boxers to wear on the night of the wedding. They were silky red boxers monogrammed with the
letter "J". That's what Aaron calls me.
... When my mother married my Daddy, her mother gave her her "night of" attire
so, my Mom insisted to do the same for my sister & then myself.
.. It was beautiful.
After opening all my beautiful gifts, Rachel tucked me away for a few minutes as the
ladies wrapped up my pieces and then gave each of the "presents" a name.
On the honeymoon, Aaron was able to pick and choose by the name of the wrapped piece what he wanted for that night. It was a lot of fun.
A few names were:
Like A Virgin
Purple Passion
Pink Panther
Poke ME Dot
Squeaky Clean
...etc.
And the last game was a questionnaire.
Somehow Rachel got around me and had Aaron fill out this questionnaire for her.
She asked me the question and I had to answer it HOPING to get his same answer.
For every wrong answer, I had to put a Starburst {my favorite candy} in my mouth and keep it there.
I was getting so mad because HE was answering them WRONG.
{haha}
However, our of 20-something questions, I only got 6 wrong.
Not bad.
The shower was so much fun & I was gifted with some beautiful lingerie & pantie/bra sets!
