Here are My Five

1. So My birthday is in two weeks... it's a big deal. It always is, and always will be. I'm still a kid!!! My Friends, Family, & Aaron knows this... It's not just one day, it's many. I think EVERYONES birthday should be like that... but usually they don't really care. TONIGHT - my girlfriend Brycelyn is hosting a Cupcakes & Cocktail party for ME & my best friend Danielle. Her Birthday was June 16th. How EXCITING!

2. It was Father's Day Sunday. TO make this has short as possible...

Saturday we went to my sisters... Spent the day with my Daddy, My Brother's family, and of course my sisters family. It was awesome to have everyone together!

 Sunday Morning, I cooked some serious breakfast for my Mom & Dad #2.

Bacon, Eggs [Fried & Scrambled], Link Sausage, Toast, Oatmeal [for Mom], and grits.

I was crazy excited.

&& Last but not least... Aaron's Dad. We celebrated Monday night due to them being out of town. We went & had dinner at Cheddars.. Hmmm Yummy!

3. GAME NIGHT was Friday night - Although it was a bit stressful at times.. haha, due to the amount of people, it was still a success.

4. I got Flowers!!!

I'm Thankful for a wonderful man!

5. MY HOUSE IS COMING ALONG! I'm SUPER stoked about it. I love being home && already hosting my first party this Saturday... For the Ladies!!!!

RECEP -April, May, & June

Okay, for MOnths now, I haven't been the greatest at posting pictures && sharing EVERYTHING I've been up too. && tonight I have date night with myself. I'm loving it. I never get time anymore for me. I should be truthful and admit tonights date night also includes  my pillow, TV, & Lifetime. Oh I love it. My Man wanted us to go bowling w/ friends, and I really just wasn't up for anything. So, I sent him on his way! :)

These are some photos that will help share our latest events, vacations, & crafts i've been getting into. 
Oh and how on earth could I forget... Pictures on the HOUSE! :) Boy oh boy...Our Move in Date is  FIVE days away.

Let's start with April. My girlfriend, Heather's birthday was the 29th. I believe I posted a blog about going down to the beach to celebrate, but didn't have a picture at that time! Once upon a time.. I shared an apartment with these ladies in College... We have some [CrAzY] stories.

Another close friend of mine, Holly owes a Dance Studio. As much as I love to dance, I don't teach it. But, I'm there if she needs me for anything. May 14th - We had our monthly game night w/ friends. This time Daniel & Candice DeLoach were are hosts. We ate Low Country Boil && had PLENTY for dessert. We played Taboo & Spoons.

Okay, MEMORIAL DAY- this past weekend.

We took the campers down to Fort McAllister, [in Richmond Hill Ga].

It was great. We had a lot of friends & family with us. We played cornhole, roasted smores over the fire... Yes, it was too HOTT for a fire, but it helped keep the horse flies away, & of course we found the sand bar during the day where we soaked up the sun, ate Watermelon, & Sipped on delicious drinks.

All we are waiting on is our carpet. Which SHOULD come monday, and should be laid down tuesday or wednesday. I'm getting so impatient. Really, I should say we are. Then of course, our painter has to come back, and paint the shoe molding. And we are done. I've already started working on my Bathrooms. I can't help it... it's been waay too long!

The BEST part of all this..

We've paid every bit of it.. with cash!

So, I'm not sure how I used to work 60 hours a week and still manage to make it to most every occassion and get everything done. Did I? I don't remember! I bring alot of my "have to make it to everything" on my self, because I like to help out, and I really do enjoy it. I HATE not attending things I am invited to. But come Monday, it catches up with  me.

Friday Night - After emptying mine & Aaron's wallets to pay the painter for the week, Aaron decided he'd hang out w/ his work buddy, Danny! While I attended our Monthly Game Night w/ our friends. This time the Hosts were Daniel & Candice. They made delicious Low Country Boil, while the rest of us fattened everyone up with high calorie desserts! Yummy! It was the first time seeing their home [that they've been in a year now] I know, I'm bad.. but it was beauitful.
Saturday - After Sleeping in a bit, I got up to get ready for a busy busy day! I help a friend of mine, Holly with her Dance Studio. Whatever she needs me to do, I try to be there. At 2:00pm they had a walk through dance rehearsal.  I had to stop and pick up a wedding gift, in order to leave rehearsal, pick Aaron up at 3:30 and be at The Stewart Wedding in Pembroke at 4:00pm. Allen Stewart [The Groom] was a childhood friend of Aaron's. The wedding was beauitful. I LOVED their vows! Then of course, we atteneded the reception afterwards.
Sunday - Got up. Aaron went fishing with Patrick, while I got ready for the recital. I had to pick my niece, Chloe up from my Parents house... to bring her home to my Sister. We saaaang the whole way there to Carrie Underwood! Chloe said I sound JUST like her. Ha! THank you Chloe, I love you too!
No one in the world can sing like Carrie Underwood. I remember when I thought my mom sounded JUST LIKE Faith Hill. :) So, I made it to the Statesboro Theater, in order to help set and calm nerves. The recital couldn't have turned out any better! The girls were too precious! I loved everybit of it! I can't WAIT to watch the DVD.

Got home around 6:15 in order to rest on the bed for about 10 mintues to changes and recharge for Bridgets Birthday Dinner at Miyabi's Japanese Steakhouse! Yuuummmmy! But I was falling asleep at the dinner table! :( No good! It's Monday, and I feel alright.. I gotta cut my girlfriend Karen's kids hair today on my way home! Life goes on and never slows down. It only gets faster! I love every mintue of it!

What a fun weekend! It was very steady, but we had a lot of laughs. Our weekend fun started at 7 oclock on Friday afternoon. Aaron and I were headed to Pooler to have a night with friends at Paul & Amanda house.
GAME NIGHT IS BACK IN OUR LIVES! Once a month we get together with Friends and switch turns hosting Game Night at our house. The hosts cook dinner and we play whatever game... really anything fun! This Friday, Paul & Amanda were our Hosts. They cooked a delicious meal; Chicken Parmesian. There were eight of us that participated; Me & Aaron, Paul & Amanda, Candice & Daniel, and Kristie & Michael.  We first had a few laughs while watching YOUTUBE videos and then proceeded to play Battle of the Sexes. The game was challenging, and we realized quickly how it got it's name. The room became steamy towards the end. After a few heated moments [speaking for myself] we thought it'd be best to quit, and play SPOONS. It was wonderful. I believe we decided to always end the night with a game of SPOONS.

Saturday- Aaron turkey hunted with Michael & later fished by the pond with Joe... Unfortuntely, I had to work til 2:00pm. After getting off, I went home to start painting Aaron's man room. I was able to finish [painting], and it looks great. I'll have an updated photo up shortly. Now, all it needs is one more coat on the door trim and the Crown Moulding around the top & bottom of the walls.  We are getting somewhere. Aaron isn't satisfied with his mudding & sanding. So, our friend Dustin Ellrod is coming out today to take a look and give us a price to fix Aaron's "Mess", or that's what he calls it. :) That night, Aaron surprised me by taking me out on a date. Boy, we needed that! It's been a little while, and past due. We went to dinner at La Napolera & then went to see Clash of the Titans. Before getting out of the car, Aaron realizes he has a TICK in his armpit. So, As I'm hunched over the passenger seat with my nose in this armpit, there he is.. I see him and immeditately start freaking out. The idea of a perfect date. So, I clinched on tight.. and yanked. POP! True Love right?

Sunday was Easter... it was a perfect day. The weather was beauitful & we were very thankful to have an awesome family to celebrate with. The kids were so excited as they ran around finding eggs filled with candy. We had three places to be at three different times. The morning started off, me preparing my greenbean cassarole for our 4pm stop. We then met my dad at Cracker Barrel for breakfast, then stopped at Uncle Mikes & Aunt Tammy's around 11ish, and then made it back to Rambling Creek at four. Seeing everyone was very nice,but by the end of the day, we were pooped!

We ended our night watching All About Steve.
