My {BODY} Challenge

A lot of people 'EAT to LIVE.'
Not me. I 'LIVE to Eat.' I love food. Seriously... it's bad.

... this is me. I love food. Sometimes {a lot of times} I eat just because
it's good or because it's in the house. Sounds gross.
Horrible right? Well, today I am challenging myself to NO JUNK FOOD-

This is sad because as I'm reading ALL OF THESE listed above...
I realized I eat more than two a day... every day.
This is my challenge. I will start...
tomorrow.
Who is with me? Anybody?

I want to loose 15 lbs by my annual Christmas Party, which is the
second weekend of December. So 10lbs by Thanksgiving & 15lbs by
my Christmas Party.

I can only fool myself. I can only fool myself.
I can only fool myself.
I can only fool myself.
I can only cheat myself {& my husband}.

I want to be in shape. I need to be healthy.
I can do this.

Anyone with me?

I'm so with you! I've been trying for awhile to rid this baby weight! My goal is 20 pounds by the first of December, when we have family christmas pictures! I'm always the type to say "I will start my diet tomorrow". I have also read that eating grapefruit in the morning burns fat...If that's true I will eat 10!

I needed to see this today. I've been struggling SO bad with trying to get motivated to lose about 20 lbs. Thanks for posting these.

P.S. I love that on the 'Things you're craving poster' it says alcohol and marijuana, HA!!!!

YES! Love this. I am doing a cleanse now. So no sugar, etc etc. You can so do this! :)

Good luck!!! 21 days flies by! I gave up pop for 21 days and survived! I don't think I could give up all of those at once!!

Great Post - Yes! Yes! I am so in. My issue is snacking/eating out of bordeom and soda!

Heck ya, I'm in. I need a little extra motavation. I started my C25K again, and after the first week I already feel better. I know if I cut out all these things I'll feel even better.

Girl, I'm with ya on this one---I LOVE me some food :) That being said, I can't be dieting right now for obvious reasons.

Before I got pregnant, well sometime last year, I started counting calories. I ate 1600-1700 calories per day, and the weight fell off! It was all about making healthier choices and eating smaller portions. This was the jump start my metabolism needed, and weight started falling off!

Funny you wrote this today because I was just considering writing a post titled, "the great weight debate". But didn't you lose weight for your wedding? I thought you looked SO GOOD in those pictures & I know you haven't gained 15 lbs since then.

I'm with you!!! We starting tomorrow?? This will help keep me accountable!! I'm gonna have to take all my halloween candy that I've bought to work tonight so I'm not tempted. It's just 21 days right?!?!

Good luck! I think about this a lot too but you totally lost me when I saw no chocolate- I would seriously go through withdrawals :)

If you are craving chocolate...dark chocolate is actually healthy for you, in small amounts. :)

I'm with you too!! I've GOT to lose 10 more pounds! (I've been saying this for like a month!) I have a 15 month old and a 3 month old and I'VE GOT TO LOSE THE BABY WEIGHT! 10 more lbs! If I do this with you, I should be able to lose it!! (especially if I workout occasionally too!!) Yay I'm so pumped!
